Late winter is the perfect time to prune fruit trees, as they are still dormant, making it easier to shape and maintain their health without stressing the tree. In this hands-on workshop at the Barnum Community Orchard and Food Forest, participants will explore the fundamentals of pruning fruit trees to enhance productivity, aesthetics, and overall health. The session will cover essential topics such as tree health, seasonal timing, shaping techniques, and tool care, with plenty of opportunities for Q&A to address individual concerns.<\/p>\n

En este taller con mano de obra en el huerto comunitario y bosque ambiental, los participantes explorar\u00e1n los fundamentos de podar \u00e1rboles frutales para mejorar la productividad, la est\u00e9tica, la salud. Esta sesi\u00f3n cubrir\u00e1 temas esenciales como la salud de los \u00e1rboles, calendario temporal, t\u00e9cnicas de formaci\u00f3n, y cuidadora de herramientas, con bastantes oportunidades para preguntas y respuestas para abordar inquietudes individuales.<\/p>\n
